Luminous Education LLC (“Luminous,” “we”) provides educational consulting services including college transfer admissions guidance, law school (JD) application support, and related academic advising. Our services are advisory in nature and do not guarantee admission to any institution.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information throughout the consulting process. All application essays and personal statements must reflect the client's own experiences, thoughts, and voice. Luminous provides guidance and feedback but does not write application materials on behalf of clients.
3. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. Your academic records, application materials, and personal details will not be shared with other clients or third parties. Anonymized success stories may be used for marketing purposes only with your explicit written consent.
4. Payment Terms
Service fees are agreed upon before the engagement begins and outlined in a separate service agreement. Payment schedules, refund policies, and cancellation terms are detailed in your individual consulting contract.
5. No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to provide the highest quality consulting services, we cannot and do not guarantee admission to any specific school or program. Admissions decisions are made solely by the receiving institutions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Luminous Education LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
